Because each sweater is individually embroidered, please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipment. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our luxury cashmere products, we do not accept returns. We will accept exchanges if the item is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will promptly resolve the issue.
