How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each sweater is individually embroidered, please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipment. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the custom nature of embroidery, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us directly and we’ll make it right.
Why don’t you have my school?
Our lineup is always growing. We’re actively working with university trademark offices to expand our partnerships. If you don’t see your school, reach out and request it— it helps us prioritize interest!
How does sizing work?
